A beautiful old log cabin located in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Walker Sister's Cabin is well worth the walk to get to it. In the spring, the old road that leads from the parking lot next to an old one room schoolhouse and cemetery to the home is alive with white dogwood blossoms, purple dwarf crested iris, magenta redbud trees and, if you look very carefully, even pink and yellow lady slipper orchids!
